By placing an order with Nudge Perfumes, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if deemed necessary.
3. Payment Method:
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Once your order is placed, you will pay for the product in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery personnel may not carry change.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 6 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. 14-Day Return Policy:
If you find that the fragrance does not last as expected or does not meet your satisfaction in terms of performance, simply contact us within the 14-day return period, and we will process a return.
6. Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for a return and a replacement or refund as appropriate.
